Formed in 2004 by Paul Sobania, Urban Custom Homes, LLC builds quality custom homes for the urban homebuyer.

Through a process called “urban redevelopment,” we acquire properties in highly desired neighborhoods within the heart of Denver, scrape the existing, outdated house and rebuild a new customized home. In addition to scrape/rebuilds, Urban Custom Homes can also remodel or pop the top on existing homes. Currently, our focus is on neighborhoods such as Observatory Park, Bonnie Brae, Washington Park, Mayfair and Montclair.

We recognize that today’s sophisticated homebuyers desire homes that are tailored towards bringing family and friends together.
